About Landicia

Good sites take work. The software should help.

Site research usually means a map in one tab, a planning portal in another and a spreadsheet to remember what happens next. The information is all there. Holding it together is what takes the time.

Landicia does those steps in one place: find an opportunity, check what constrains it, work out who owns it, write to them and keep track of what comes back. Developers use it every week on live acquisition pipelines, and the work they do in it shapes what we build next.

Meet Takeshi.

Takeshi runs the walkthroughs and the onboarding, and answers support directly. The best way to see whether Landicia fits how you source sites is to talk through the area you’re working in.

How we work

Plain about the data, and what it can’t tell you.

  • Traceable information

Every figure is attributed to where it came from, so you can go back to the register or service behind it.

  • Clear limits

Title boundaries and market figures are indicative, and we say so where they appear, so you always know what you are looking at.

  • Visible progress

Product changes and practical guides go up in Updates as they happen, so you can see what has moved.
