Comparison
Landicia vs Nimbus Maps
Nimbus is a broad property intelligence platform used by agents, surveyors, occupiers and developers, with commercial data alongside residential. It does not publish prices. Landicia is narrower: one plan for developers in England who want to find a site, reach the owner and keep the follow-up in one place.
Last checked 11 September 2026. Landicia wrote this page, so read it with that in mind. We have stated only what Nimbus Maps publishes, and said so where their site does not answer a question.
Which one fits
Nimbus Maps is probably the better choice if
- You work across commercial and residential, or you are an agent or surveyor as well as a developer.
- You want company portfolio search, to see everything an owner holds.
- You need Scotland.
- Energy infrastructure, footfall or distressed-owner data would change your decisions.
- You have the budget for a quoted package and want an account manager.
Landicia is probably the better choice if
- You want to know the price before you speak to anyone.
- You are a small developer or sourcer working in England.
- You start from brownfield and commercial register opportunities and want the owner and the letter on the same record.
- You want a monthly plan you can cancel.
- You want help building the shortlist as well as the tools. Landicia Assisted adds a sourcing brief and up to 10 human-reviewed opportunities a month.

Both find sites, look up owners and send letters. Nimbus covers far more ground, including commercial, energy and footfall data, and is built for firms with several kinds of property work. We could not compare cost, because Nimbus quotes prices individually.
What to check before you choose
- The quoted price for the package you need, and the contract length that comes with it.
- Which package the features you care about sit on. Several are Advanced or Enterprise only.
- What a posted letter costs.
